For cancellations the following charges apply:

More than 5 days before the arrival date: 33 % of the booked price.
5 - 3 days before the arrival date: 50 % of the booked price.
Less than 3 days before the arrival date / no show: 100% of the booked price.

For invoices we calculate 80 NOK extra for the administration.
